Blackwater Video Productions, a LLC, was started in 1989 by Daniel McMullen. Over time the business has grown into an award winning video production company and now has a staff of 4 full time employees, and a stable of reliable and competent freelance crew. Over the years we have acquired the equipment, experience and expertise to provide a wide range of video production services.
We have two editing suites, and can acquire and edit on just about any tape format you require. In house, we use BetaSP, DV, HDV and DVCam, but we have experience with HD, 16mm and 35mm film cameras. We can also provide teleprompting services for cameras.
Our clients range from small to large, because in our geographic area it is hard to specialize in any one type of service or area of expertise. We shoot everything from small events, commercials, documentaries, sporting events, satellite uplinks, to television shows. A partial list of our clients includes; PBS, ABC, NBC, West Virginia University, Platinum Television Group, WV AFL/CIO, Assignment Desk, Food Network, MTV, C-Span, QVC, Health South, New England Satellite Services, Thermal Ceramics, Journal of Osteopathic Medicine, and Mylan Pharmaceuticals.
